Bio: Liking something and actually doing it are two different things. Dont you agree? Thats why, when its time to get away . From scuba diving in Belize to sea kayaking with the whales in Baja to dancing all night in the most beautiful sites you can find in Cuba (even Hemingway couldnt rival these experiences!). Dont get me wrong, this isnt about chest pounding or anything. Its just that theres really nothing like spending a little time away from the world. A place where your blackberry doesnt work and rotary phones are still the standard. Of course, running off to a hiking trail in Guatemala or surfing in Costa Rica isnt always an option. So in those instances, you might say the best escape is a good book (currently reading, Billy Bryson, A short history of everything) or just a nice relaxing dinner. I must admit, I do consider myself a pretty good cook. Maybe I could cook for you sometime. Anything Mediterranean or on the grill is my specialty.
