Bio: I am newly single and looking for an alternative way to meet people other than the typical bar scene, friends set-me-up, etc... I'm 31, 5' 7" tall (or should I say short) with a muscular, athletic build that I guess you could call stocky (I guess anyone who's 5' 7" with muscles can't be described any other way). I would describe myself as an easy-going, funny, nice guy who gets enjoyment out of the simple things in life. I have a great job working in my family business. Though it may take long hours sometimes, it allows me to do many things during the work day that many people can't do because of their job. In my leisure time I enjoy traveling, golfing, working out, having some drinks with friends, going out during the work week (breaks up the week), eating out, as well as cooking in. I have to be honest and upfront...I am extremel fun to be around and rather hilarious, so anyone with bad teeth or weak stomach muscles need not apply. In all seriousness, I love laughing until my stomach hurts. I think spending time with someone who you make laugh and who equally cracks you up is a huge turn-on. Other things that make me "happy" are girls with brown/dark eyes, girls who wear baseball hats, and smart, self-depracating humor. Even though I have been burned in the past, I am still a hopeless romantic who believes in spontaneous, out-of-nowhere love and fate. I believe trust is the foundation of all relationships and that open/honest communication between two people is the only way to keep it that way. I'm looking for someone who is tired of the "games" of dating, that needs someone to do things with (hopefully sharing the same interests as I do) even if it doesn't lead to a serious relationship. It's better to have met someone you get along and have fun with, then to continue doing things alone. I think I can debunk the myth that "there are no good guys left."
